Decking System

GOS provides complete marine decking system packages, from primary underlayment to finished walking surfaces. Working with leading IMO- and class-approved manufacturers, we supply floating and bonded deck systems that combine fire protection, acoustic performance, and vibration damping for steel and aluminum decks on commercial, offshore, and naval vessels.
 

Our scope includes lightweight epoxy and cementitious underlayments for leveling and contouring, A-60 fire-rated and noise-reducing floating floors, and visco-elastic damping layers for structure-borne noise control. These substrates are engineered to receive a full range of marine finish floor coverings, including vinyl and rubber safety flooring, decorative resin systems, non-skid coatings, carpets and carpet tiles, and specialty mats—all certified to relevant IMO, USCG, Navy/Mil-Spec, and class standards.
